Ingredients:
- 1 Navel Orange
- 1 Green Onion, chopped
- 1 Tbsp Jalapeno Pepper, minced
- 2 (6 oz) Fish
- ½ tsp Sea Salt, or to taste
- ¼ tsp Black Pepper
- 2 Tbsp Olive or Avocado Oil
- 2 tsp Lemon Juice
Directions:
- Cut peel and pith from orange with a serrated knife, then cut segments free from membranes. Stir together segments, Green Onion, Jalapeno and sprinkle of Salt in a bowl.
- Pat fish dry and sprinkle with remaining Salt and Black Pepper.
- Heat large grill pan over medium-high heat until hot. Brush pan with Oil and grill fish until just cooked through, but still juicy (approx. 4 to 5 minutes per side). Sprinkle each piece of fish with 1 tsp of Lemon Juice and place on a plate.
- Divide the salsa in half, spoon each half over the one piece of fish and serve!
