Homemade Turkey Chorizo

Ingredients:
- 1 Tbsp olive oil or avocado oil
- 18 oz ground turkey
- 3 Tbsp red wine vinegar
- 2 tsp smoked paprika
- 2 tsp ancho chili powder
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp sea salt
- 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
- 1/4 tsp dried oregano
- 1/4 tsp ground cumin
- 1/8 tsp ground cloves
- Heat oil in a large cast iron or nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add meat, breaking up into small pieces.
- Season with vinegar and spices. Cook until browned / no longer pink in the middle, about 10 minutes.
