Ingredients
• 1 cup oat flour (made from 1 ¼ cups oats)
• 1 cup (additional) oats
• ½ tsp. baking powder
• ½ tsp. baking soda
• ½ tsp. cinnamon
• ½ tsp. sea salt
• ½ cup cooked quinoa
• 1 cup finely shredded carrot
• 1 egg • ¼ cup almond butter
• ¼ cup coconut oil, melted
• 2 tbsp. maple syrup
• ½ cup dried cranberries
